Pre-Inspection There are several things we require you to do before we visit your home. These steps help ensure accuracy of detection:

• Vacuum your premises thoroughly.
• Turn off all heating, air conditioning and fans.
• Close all windows and doors to minimize drafts.
• All pets must be removed from the premises or placed in a kennel, cage or aquarium and remain contained during the inspection.
• All pet toys, pet food and pet food dishes must be removed from the floor and placed in an inaccessible place.
• Remove any clutter from the floor

During Inspection Because your home is a personal place, we insist that you or someone from your household be present, as Bailey has to check every corner of your home. We will answer any questions once the inspection is complete.

Inspection Package and Pricing
Due to the uniqueness of hotels and motels - number of guest rooms, hallways, laundry rooms, housekeeping rooms, etc - a consultation is necessary to discuss the right package for you.
A complete sweep of your establishment is recommended prior to and at the end of your peak season, in combination with a smaller monthly inspection, as a preventative measure. A lot can be said for going into your busy season knowing you don't have a bedbug problem.

Inspection Certificates
We stand behind our inspections by issuing an inspection certificate. Alert-free certificates will be issued for full sweeps, if your business comes up with no alerts. If customers know you are using a K-9 unit it gives them greater peace of mind. After inspection, identified targets can be treated. In the event there are targets, and they've been eliminated, we can check again after treatment.
